Xtrade IB commission is based on the spread volume generated by the trading activity. The spread volume generated by a trade opening changes according to the traded Instrument and to the amount of the money invested. Every time that a client that you referred opens a trade on the Xtrade trading platform he generates a certain amount of Spread Volume according to this formula: Spread Volume = X * Pips (where X = Spread per Unit). Let’s take as example an investment of 100$ on EUR/USD: Spread per unit = 5 (for a Standard Account), Asset value = 1.0872 (5 digits), Leverage = 1:400, Investment = 100$, Pip value = 40.000$ / 10.000 = 4$ , Spread volume generated = 5 * 4$ = 20$ |
