Because SerSart LLC does not control all aspects to successfully execute trades, including but not limited to signal power, reception or routing via Internet, the configuration of your equipment or the reliability of its connection, we cannot be responsible for communication failures, distortions or delays you may experience while trading via the Internet. Trader should be able to utilize other trading devices in case of any unexpected failures of Mobile-based trading. The ability to use optional trading device reduces the risk of losses.
Customer hereby accepts risks, including but not limited to, failure of or damage to, hardware, software, communication lines or systems, and/or other equipment. SerSart LLC expressly disclaims any liability with respect to the foregoing, and you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless SerSart LLC from any and all damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses that may arise there from.

SerSart provides its service through Client’s electronic trading platform which is a third-party provider. SerSart shall not bear responsibility for any losses or damages including, but not limited to those incurred from the use, operation, order execution or performance of main electronic trading platform. In addition, SerSart shall have no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from any fault, inaccuracy, omission, delay or any other failure in main electronic trading platform. SerSart is also not liable for any connectivity issues with your mobile service provider and/or mobile device functionality errors. Client should be aware that SerSart: a) does not endorse such third party platforms; b) has no control over the third-party platform performance, c) has no control over communication infrastructure and accessibility of Client’s main electronic trading platform d) is not responsible for any connectivity issues with User’s mobile service provider and/or mobile device functionality errors.
Misuse of System:
Subscribers agree not to hold SerSart LLC liable for any damage as a result of misuse of SerSart Thunder™ MTS system or Service to a version other than current or the next to current version of Software. Subscribers agree to take full responsibility to learn how to properly use the system and takes full responsibility of all consequences, arising from but not limited to: placing multiple trades, closing trades pre-maturely, and incorrect orders execution when trading with real money.
Distribution:
This site is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the local rules and regulations.
